Up Paint Return Policy

At Up Paint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Color samples including Peel N Stick and Sample Jars are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Legacy colors are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping Charges

• Up Paint will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
• Original shipping charges from your initial order are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your returned items for the refund to be processed.

How to Initiate a Return

• To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@uppaint.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.
